Changed domain name, log files still show connections on old domain

We just changed our domain name for the Openfire server but I still see a lot of connections using the old domain name. I’ve tried to change every reference that I could find to it. One big problem right now is the IM Gateway server seems to be trying to make outgoing connections on our old domain name. But I see nowhere that it’s stored in the database or through the properties.

Here is an example of the IM connection

2007.12.07 10:26:51 LocalOutgoingServerSession: OS - Trying to connect to msn.olddomain.com:5269(DNS lookup: msn.olddomain.com:5269)
