Chat Archive not display - Messages in this conversation are not archived

Hi

I previously used OS 2008, SQL Server 2008, Openfire 3.7.0, Monitoring Service plugin version 1.2.0

has now been upgraded to

Server: OS 2019
SQL Server: 2017
Openfire Version 4.5.2
Monitoring Service plugin version 2.1.0

after upgrading the chat archive does not appear before 2 October 2018 "Messages in this conversation are not archived."

but the archive dated 3 October 2018 until now appears
