Chat Demo Mode not working

I installed FastPath and configured a workgroup name testgroup. Then I clicked on WebChat and I received a page:

Chat Demo Mode

To test a workgroup request, click on the following icon(s)

No icons or links show in this page. Is there some configuration I am not doing for the icon?

Hi,

Could you verify that anonymous login is enabled. Check out http://localhost:9090/reg-settings.jsp to verify.

Anonymous login is enabled. When I had it disabled, I get an error on the page.

From the reg-settings.jsp page I have:

Inband Account Registration: Disabled

Change Password: Disabled

Anonymous Login: Enabled.

I have and did not help.

I tried reinstalling the server and did some updates and it magically worked.

Can you let me in on what exactly you did or what updates you did to make it function. I am having a whale of a time getting Fastpath to work properly.

Hi Jeff,

To be honest, I was more lucky than anything.

When I was testing out FastPath there was a tab to update the server, I tried using that tab and it seems to have updated. But I remember I still had to download the new version of FastPath or some other component from the website (maybe the auto update thing has some bug it in?)

I would suggest manually download and install any updates and see if that helps.
