Is there a way to keep chat rooms open/alive for X amount of time if unpopulated without resorting to persistent chat rooms? I have a lot of users who like to have rooms created for specific purposes, use then for a short bit, then stop using them. Any ideas?

Don’t know how to keep chat rooms open/alive for X amount of time; by default openfire rooms are not persistent. It automatically gets deleted when all users left the room.
