Chat Storage on OpenFire DB

Hi Team,

Greetings,

I am new to OpenFire Chat and would like to know in which tables the entries are getting created when I start a conversation.

If there is any documentation on “which table stores what data” then it would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,
Asif Bhat

There is a database schema guide in the documentation on this site. Group chat messages are stored in the database if history is enabled for rooms. Simple messages between users are not saved by default. You have to install Monitoring Service plugin and enable saving for that. Not sure where exactly in the database this plugin stores messages. Something like ofConversation, etc.

Can I please get the documentation link for the database schema guide ?
