I get this exception when trying to run WildFire. Any ideas?

are you running Wildfire on Windows?

Did you use the installer or the zip file?

If you are using the zip file, which Java version is installed?

It’'s running on windows, and we used an installer to run it. Otherwise we are using Java 1.4.2
