Cleaned up resource bundle for Spark

Hello,

I noticed quite a few inconsistencies in the grammar and a few spelling errors in the resource bundle. I’ve gone through it and cleaned it up a bit (attached).

I was unable to fix the entries for the Spellchecker under preferences, they seem to be getting their labels from some other source.
