"Client Connection Security" per-IP settings?

Hi all,

Is there a way (guaranteed to be beyond the GUI) to create per-IP or even network settings for “Client Connection Security” (TLS/SSL)?

Use case: I’'d like to allow unencrypted connections from a simple script running on localhost, but require encrypted connections from everywhere else.
