I have about 50 users using openfire. Some users are using Pidgin and some are using Spark. A couple people experience random disconnects with the client. The click reconnect and they are fine. I’ve noticed this with both Spark and Pidgin so I’m thinking it isn’t related to the client. I have setup exceptions in the windows firewall thinking that may have something to do with it. We are running Openfire
3.4.5. I am using Active direcotry for authentication and the shared group. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
