Client side will log user in but then the roster list will not show

This issue just started a week or so ago. The user stated that when she logs into the PC, Spark launches and logs her in as it should.

But she never sees the roster list and cannot pull it up. I have closed it out completely and reopened the program, uninstalled and re-installed but it still will not populate the roster. She can receive messages and chat back and forth within the messages received, but cannot start any conversations due to the lack of the Roster. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

You can try wiping her spark profile and starting with fresh one. It is located in c:\users\user\appdata\roaming\spark

Also, if you are still using old Spark version, i suggest updating.
