Clients disconnect when running Openfire as a service

Installed Openfire 3.6.4 all is working well except for one issue. Openfire shows started as a service in windows, but clients can’t log in with Spark nor can I get to the admin console via web browser. If I go to the start menu and open Openfire Server all clients can connect.If I logoff of the host Windows 2003 server where Openfire is installed all Spark clients are disconnected. Any assistance would be appreciated as this issue never happened in earlier releases.

I have change the title of your thread. Try to be more specific in the future.

As about your issue. Was it an upgrade from older version to 3.6.4. I mean did you install it on top of the older version? If so, did you reinstalled the service?
