All,

We’‘ve uploaded an updated version of the Jive Forums application running these forums that should address some or all of the issues seen over the last week or so. In this release we’'ve:

  1. Switched to a different interface for the spell checker on the post page. The inline spell checker was shown to have too many issues so we’‘ve disabled it for now until we’'ve improved it enough to bring it back.

  2. We’'ve combined many of the javascript files on the post page into a single (compressed) request to decrease the page load time and improve perceived performance.

  3. Many many bug fixes

I might dial that back a bit, perhaps to 15 sec. That just prevents people from posting messages like crazy (ie, spam).

It’'s ok with 30 sec. It just was a first time i saw that message
