This is a weird request but I’m looking to prohibit users from talking to each other 1 to 1 and require them to only use the conference rooms to communicate. Is this possible or is there a plugin or other discussion that i missed in my searches that may help me accomplish this? Currently we are using version 3.5.x of openfire.
so in 2 bullets incase I didnt explain it well we want to :
- disable user to user chat (to force the use of conference rooms)
- enable conference rooms only to be used by branches (accounting sales etc.)
Let me know if this is possible
maybe disable the “contacts” tab at the bottom of the spark client?
