Hi Guys,
Need a hand. I have installed openfire and am going through the initial setup. We are using LDAP querying an AD 2008 server. Step 1 is complete and said it was a success but when testing Step 2, the User Mapping I get the following error:
No users were found using the specified configuration. Try changing the base DN, user folter or username field.
I have left all the settings as default. What do I need to do here? Im new to LDAP so Im struggling
Also have the same problem with step 3. It says:
No groups were found using the specified configuration. Try changing etc etc.
Does this mean that step 1 has been setup incorrectly?
