Are there any good documents on the manager.xml file for high user throughput? We are looking to use this in a 2-3 million user environment and the comments in the file are good, but more detail about what the parameters would effect would be better.

I would need such documentation too, since some features are not clearly described.
eg.: When I have a connection manager, do the clients find themself the most appropiate server, does the server manages this or do I have to set this in spark.
And does the connecton manager handles the communication himself or does he send everything to server (for example, if two persons at one location are connected to one CN, does still every package get sended to the server, which is at another location?)
