Connections on port 5523 end up dead

Hello,

I have a wildfire server running locally on my machine.

When my client talks on port 5222 all works fine, but if I switch on to port 5223, the server responds with unrecognizable characters (I can’'t even paste them into the form, the response is basically 3 squares)

The error log is this :

] Connection closed before session established

19b2faf[SSL_NULL_WITH_NULL_NULL: Socket[addr=/192.168.11.3,port=3815,localport=5223]]

2006.03.20 15:16:05 [org.jivesoftware.wildfire.net.SocketReader.run(SocketReader.java:161)

Has anyone encountered similar problems ?

I tried using the old non-sasl authentication method (JEP-0078 htttp://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0078.html) but ended up with the same results.

The library I use to handle XMPP is XIFF. Wilfire version: 2.5.1
