How can I get contact information of the icq users who are not in my list? Also, how can I get their status?
You can not get information about people not in your list at this time. (eventually you would be able to do that via a vcard lookup)
As for getting folk’‘s status, I might include it in the vcard, but generally I won’'t be relaying status unless they are actually in your contact list.
