Contact List (Roster) Sharing - Deleting Itself?

Hello,

Today we installed the latest OpenFire server (using MySQL database) and sent out the latest Spark client to all the users we’d set up. The intent has been to share one list to all users, so all users were put into a particular group and then all groups were shared to everyone.

However, sometimes the group sharing options spontaneously disappear. We get tipped off to this when signing out of Spark and back in and everyone is “Unfiled”. When going back into the OpenFire Admin Console and viewing a group, the sharing is still enabled, but the group name has been lost and the "

UPDATE: After doing further troubleshooting and research, I have found some errors and warnings:

The following is showing up on the console on the server itself.

In the Warning log in the web interface, this shows up for every group multiple times: 2011.01.19 14:29:44 Found shared group: Assembly with no displayName.

The Error log in the web interface also has some errors:

Among other things.

At this point, groups are disappearing at least once an hour and it’s really causing headaches. Any help is appreciated.

I solved this by re-installing and using the local java database as opposed to MySQL. Couldn’t wait and troubleshoot any longer. It’s working fine now.

I have the same problem. Still no solution with MySQL?
