Could not find user in LDAP focus4399833352054188

Now appears in my logs. Initially, Ldap couldn’t find user focus . Being it has only read acces to AD, I manually created the user focus. Still have issues.

However, it looks as if it needs focus4399833352054188 .

Can someone explain to me what is going on? Please see log entry:

after restarting openfire service, adding my AD focus user to an Openfire security group that general AD users are a part of , I’m now getting this repeatedly:
