Create & push out a custom install package

Is it possible to create a custom install package that I can push out to our networked machines that already has the server name filled in? And do it as a silent install?

How can this be done? Or is there documentation somewhere?

Not sure why you would want to this with Openfire.

Ok, so once I modify the necessary file on my local computer, how can I package everything back up into a Spark installer??
