I added new contact groups on Wednesday and since then I have been unable to see my AOL and Yahoo contacts either in the filed contact group or in the Unfiled Group. The icons at the top indicate that I am logged to AOL & Yahoo. I tried disconnecting and connecting back to AOL & Yahoo and also shutdown and logged back into Spark and neither of them fixed it.
Join the party. I’ve also experienced this. Seems though we might be the only 2 experiencing this since no one has taken a shot at it…
Login to the web versions of AIM and Yahoo messengers to see what folder your contacts have moved to.
Been there and done that. They are in the correct groups, but in openfire they say “unfiled”
