I’‘ve noticed that if spark loses connection to the wildfire server with fasthpath installed, that when spark reconnects that it doesn’‘t log back into the workgorup. This is a bit of a problem because while the agent gets reconnected automatically by spark, they may not be aware that they’'re not logged into the queue/workgroup.

My desired behavior would be that the state of the workgroups the user is participating be restored upon a spark reconnect.

Perhaps this could make it to JIRA as an improvement or bug ?

I think that this is a good idea. I’'d like to second it as a feature request.

So do I. I have seen this behavior, but wasn’‘t able to pinpoint it’'s cause. I will log the issue now.
