Database connection: mysql to oracle

hi,

i’'m new on wildfire… i have a problem with the database connection:

first, when i installed wildfire on my windows machine, i configured wildfire to comunicate with mysql database…

and i successfully configured wildfire…

then i had the necessary to change database, and have to use oracle 10g…

i disintalled wildfire and delete all files under C:\programmi\wildfire. Then i try to reinstall wildfire and when i configured the database connection for Oracle seems that was no problems… but i logged in the admin console i see that the connection was configured for mysql…

i cannot understand why… i try this database change more and more… but nothing

please help me…

have you got ojdbc14.jar installed?

need to be in wildfire\lib

probably not saving settings if it cant connect to database.

I.

yes i’'ve got the ojdbc14.jar

after the last attempt, i resolve the problem… but i don’'t know how!!!

the wildfire server now connect correctly to oracle 10g, but in the database property of the admin console continue to appear the configuration that i had set for mysql

if anyone can explain me why?

maybe there’'s many other configuration file beyond \conf\wildfire.xml ?
