DbConnectionManager - Unable to get a connection from the database pool

–something is going on with my server and the symptoms iam seeing on the end-user side is that messages will not transfer into their actual chat window even though a message is “received”. User has to close client and re-open then they can see what message was sent because of chat history populating. Also when a user sends a message, the message sends but does not actually populate in the chat window or remove from the text enry box within the chat window…so a user will keep sending over and over (spamming) the same message thinking it has not gone through when in fact it has. I beleive this messgae may be related:

That’s with Spark? Then it is usually Spark issue. And usually it can be solved by wiping that user’s (who is having this issue) profile.
