Hey guys,
This is my first posting here so bear with me.
I’ve recently deployed Openfire 3.8.2 on a server in our local network. All of the users here on our local subnet can login fine.
Our issue:
All of the users in the satellite locations get an error when trying to login with their user accounts I created:
Login error Invalid username or password.
I get this error even if I use my user account that works at our central location.
These other offices are located on different subnets and separated geographically but there is routing in place that you can reach resources on any of the different locations by internal IP or hostname as though they were on the same LAN but simply a different subnet.
Any ideas?
I can provide any necessary logs or configs if necessary.
