Deployment as webapp v.2.3 - clusterable?

Does this mean that we can now easily cluster Jive Messenger v2.3 using the clustering ability of the App Server?

Has anyone had any experiences with this?

Hey wilson,

Even though JM can be deployed in App Servers, current version does not support working in clustering mode. However, it is in our roadmap to support a clustering solution but it won’'t happen in anytime soon.

I don’‘t understand. If we can deploy JM as a webapp, doesn’'t that mean we can load balance that webapp via a clustered App Server such as JBoss? I.e. the HttpSessions etc. would be distributed to the cluster right?
