Desktop screen shot not working

Hello,

We recently upgraded to the newer version of Spark ( 2.0.5) but noticed that the screen shot functionality is not working now. Any idea what is the cause might be?

P.S. If we use citrix connection and try it, it works!!!

I am also getting this using the following

Spark 2.0.5

Wildfire 3.1.1

-iball chat monitor

-spark manager

-search

with AD LDAP integration.
