Hi Guy’s.
Nice to know you all.
My name is Ryan, still newbie with openfire server.
May i get some help ?
I want try to destroy persistent room from client, and i used the code like this :
and i got respons from server like this :
Is it true that we can not destroy the persistent room from client ?
I had tried to destroy not persistent room and seems like it succeded.

What if you create a persistent room in your client. Can you destroy it? Maybe one has to be an owner of such room to be able to destroy it. Just guessing.

No, i can’t destroy a persistent room from client. I got respons like this :

I had checked with Admin Console, the persistent room that created before only has one owner, and it’s me.
But, still i can’t destroy that room from client.
I had read XEP-045 about MUC protocol, but i can’t get more information about this error code :

You should enter the room before destroy it
