Disable Away status option

How to disable Spark user from choosing Away status option in their client? Or maybe can I remove that status?

There is no option to disable that status alone. But you can disable changing of status. If you are using Spark 2.8.2+ and Openfire 4.0.0+, you can install Client Control plugin for Openfire, go to Client Management in Admin Console and disable “Presence Status Change”. This way it will always stay Online and a user won’t be able to change it. Of course, it will still change to Away after a user is idle for some time. Depends on Idle time setting in Spark.
