Disable chat history option

I’d like to be able to disable the chat history option for the spark client - does anyone know how to do it?

Take a look at Preferences->Chat->Disable chat history

If you want to disable it just for yourself, then go to Spark > Preferences menu. Chat section. Check the “Disable chat history”. It will ask whether you want to delete all the previous history. After this press Save.

Sorry, I meant to disable itglobally within default.preferences for example.

There is no such option.

All i can do is file this as SPARK-1428 . I think Mircea has done some options for default.propeties before, so i have assigned this to him. Of course if he’ll have time for this (:
