Hello, I currently have Openfire / Spark setup and running well, my question : Is there a way I can disable users requiring to confirm / accept friend requests ?

Check out the Subscription plugin.

The subscription plugin does this for you. I would recommend installing it the configuring it to accept local. That means any accounts that are on your openfire server will automatically be accepted when a user tries to add them to their roster. Remote accounts on different servers will still require approval.
