can we disable the users?? but we don’t need to delete them from openfire…if we disable them, they can’t login again into spark?? maybe the error will say like this " the user has been disabled, you couldn’t log in"
Go to user’s properties > Lock Out. The user won’t get a message that account is disabled. He will get “Username or password is invalid” error.
