Disallow adding non-existing user to roster

Is there any way to disallow adding non-existing user to roster?

Hi Bill,

Currently there is not. Also, there is no way to stop the addition of a malformed Jabber ID as well. Very frustrating.

And i have even voted for this, as it seems Btw, didnt you filed an issue about system properties being cut on System Properties page if they are too long?
