Disconnect errors

We have random people complain that their IM didn’'t go thru.

Looking at the logs I see this:

Let me amend this.

They are not getting disconnected, instead they send an IM and it is not received by the other party. The max connections at 100 and there are only 15 people logged in.

I am using the latest version and am under pressure to put jabber back on.
