It would be great if there was a preference to control the Dock icon “bouncing” upon receipt of a new message when the message window isn’t focused. As far as I can tell, it ALWAYS continues to bounce in your dock until you focus the window. This is a huge distraction, I would like to be able to turn this off or to only bounce once in the prefs panel.
