Hi Im using the trial version and want to test the capabilities of users posting support requests from a website and a member of staff picking it up, Is there any documentation to get me started setting fastpath up to do this ?

It’‘s out of date, however should help you with what you’'re trying to do. As a “hello world” example, I recommend you do the following:

create one workgroup on the fastpath tab
-
add yourself to the workgroup

log into the group in spark
-
install the fastpath webchat plugin
-
click on the webchat link on the navigation bar in your fastpath tab.
