Does Openfire have feature for support chat

Hi,

We are looking to implement a support chat functionality for one of our customers. Would we be able to achieve the same using Openfire.

If I’m not mistaken, this can be implemented with the FastPath plugin.

Yes, Fastpath was designed to do support ticket/helpdesk system, but, unfortunately this plugin hasn’t seen any updates for many years. There are some bugs in there, so i can’t recommend using it.

Failing that, you may want to check out LiveZilla. I just set up a LiveZilla server this week and it works pretty well and is very affordable (free for one operator).
