Does openfire supports XEP-206?

I am a newbie to Xmpp would like to use synchronous communication between XMPP client and XMPP server using XEP-206.

I want to use openfire as BOSH/XMPP Server.

I have two queries

  1. Does Openfire supports XEP-206(XMPP over BOSH) ?

  2. Do I need to use Connection Manager Module along with openfire server?

I think it does support BOSH, as there are plenty of threads in the forums discussing issues with it

You don’t have to use Connection Module if you don’t want to. Usually it is needed with huge numbers of users/connections, when a main server can’t handle such a number of connections on itself.
