Is there a chance you have a Client Control plugin installed on Openfire and set “Allow users to change their profiles and avatars.” to Disabled?

Hi,

Thanks the same. I just chek it out on standby openfire server and it’s work perfectly as you say. But I chek it on live server clientControl plugin settings not visible so I removed that but it not responing the same. Then after I reinstall the plugin but issue the same. I think it can’t reflect the same. So we need to reset the services then after we will chek it reflect or not.
