We have a network notification sytem for outage information. It can send email alerts.
I have the email listener enabled, and it works based on user IDs, but I would like to send it based on groups of users.
is there a jid for a user group or a method of achieving this?
also, is it possible to edit out the message that is sent through spark to only contain the body of the email and nothing else?
