You may have noticed that when you responded to threads via email, your responses were disappearing into a black hole. This was due to some email configuration changes that were made at Jive.
The Good News: It’s fixed. You can now respond to any new email notifications, and your response will appear in the correct thread.
The Bad News: this only works when responding to emails generated after I fixed the issues (~11:40am pacific time today). Responding to messages created earlier will have the old black hole email information.
