Email sending bug

When sending a test e-mail through the Email Settings dialog, the received e-mail lacks certain header information such as the date. It could be interesting to also have an X-Mailer or User-Agent header, but that would be entirely optional.

It should however really have a Date header, which I believe is typically transmitted after the subject.

I got the same problem. just a Date header should be added thats really all.

Some Email MUAs like Thunderbird recognize these mails coming from 01.01.1970 … which is quite annoying

Any chance we can add a date header in one of the next versions ?

Thanks a ton !
