I am running OpenFire 3.7.1 with the User Registration Plugin - my clients use Spark 2.6.3 or Xabber (Android Client).
When a user registers, they can make any username. This is fine.
I want to be able to make sure that the “any username” is “clean”… as in it doesn’t contain profanity or other obscene words Is there a way to do this either through the User Registration plugin or somehow else?
I can use the Content Filter plugin to make sure chats are being clean… but I’m really more interested in making sure usernames at signup are not offensive (people use this service at work and such).
I’m hoping not to just get directed over to the plugin creator if there is another way to make this work.
