Enhancement: Add common names to all Threads created by Smack

Each Smack connection creates 5 Threads 4 of them are named with Smack xy… and one only as Thread following a Number. It would be nice to add a common name for this one as well, as we create many connections one the same server and it would be nice to differ them by a name. May be even adding the username to the thread name to make clear to who a thread belongs. Thanks
