Enterprise support

I am still evaluating the enterprise version and I am pretty sure we are going to get the enterprise version.

I have a question about the support available. We are going to purchase licenses as we deploy to different departments (at least 25, I know) and our initial cost will not get us up to the standard support.

My question is if we get into a situation and need more citical support then a forum can offer, is there a paid support or one time fee we can use to get phone support?

Also is the level of support we get (standard, premium…) determinied by our initial purchase or by the total purchased to date?
