Error compiling source svn code

I have the follow error when I tried to compile svn source code with install4j(prof license):

actually, I already compile svn source code of spark and spark.exe it has been created. The installation of spark is correct but spark.exe does not run!. I have found in the logs the following errors:

Exception in thread “AWT-EventQueue-0” java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError

at org.jivesoftware.LoginDialog$LoginPanel.(Res.java:30)

Which is the solution? - My windows is in spanish, is this a problem?.. Regards
