Hello. All end users are using Spark for communication and in the past couple of months, when the staff are launching Spark, they’re receiving this error message.
**Error: Failed to load Java VM library: C:\Program Files\Spark\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll (errno = 5). **
This seems to be user profile specific because when I log into the same computer with my credentials, Spark logs in fine. Right now, the only work around I’ve figured out is adding the user as local administrator, have them log out and back in, then Spark works.
Has anyone ever see this issue before and may know a resolution?
