Error interno en el servidor

Hi people, my problem is when i try to add a contact in my pandion client i get this error:

error 500.

This is the same thing to all my users

And this error appear in the wildfire logs:

org.jivesoftware.wildfire.user.UserAlreadyExistsException: tito@intranet.lafrancol.com

some body knows what mean this ?

Looks like the other user is pending for authorization and he is in the roster already, but you don’'t have the presence subscription yet.
