Error or result packet could not be delivered

Hello

We’re using a client which we have developed to connect to and communicate with Openfire 3.5.0.

warn.log is showing many errors like this:

2008.05.19 11:38:42 Error or result packet could not be delivered

Is this a known problem at all?

When exactly does this get printed?

Could someone point me to the code which prints out this message, so I could investigate further?
