Error While Setting up Database

Hi …

Iam trying to install Wildfire 2.4.4 on Debian server iam getting the following error while setting up the database.

2006.02.01 14:58:46 org.jivesoftware.database.DefaultConnectionProvider.getConnection(DefaultConnect ionProvider.java:68) Warning: DbConnectionDefaultPool.getConnection() was called before the internal pool has been initialized.

2006.02.01 14:58:46 org.jivesoftware.database.DbConnectionManager.getConnection(DbConnectionManager. java:116) WARNING: ConnectionManager.getConnection() failed to obtain a connection.

Have you check that your user name and password to the database is correct? I had the same messages my self and changed the user name to root and the root password which tok care of the whole problem.

Well i have tried using the root password also…Iam using Mysql 4.0.24 verion…

Make sure that MySQL DB is started before WildFire start.
